Greenock Resources Inc. is a Canada-based international exploration and development company that seeks to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the mining of both base as well as precious metals. The company has a number of exploration and development projects located in geographies with mineral potential such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Africa, Australia and Nevada.

Exploration and Development Strategy:

• To acquire only those base and precious metal properties that are located in regions known to be pro-mining, host a reasonable quantity and grade of mineral, which makes them economically viable to develop, and have significant potential with initial exploration completed.
• To target those properties or deposits that have undergone extensive exploration or have significant potential. This increases the Company's probability of success and lowers the company’s exploration and development costs.
• To conduct exploration and development activities on the properties acquired, Greenock Resources enters into joint ventures and/or grants option for acquisition of interest to other mining companies interested in conducting development activity on the company’s properties.
• To continue developing its prospects, through exploration and evaluation, in order to further improve its reserve base and extend the life of the mines.

Greenock Resources follows the equity route for financing its projects and meeting its working capital requirements.
